Job description
QTS is seeking a Global Process Owner (GPO) to design, standardize and govern the end-to-end Hire to Retire processes across the enterprise. You will set process scope, ownership, and controls to ensure consistent execution and value realization.
You will partner with senior leaders, define governance frameworks, measure cycle times and quality, and drive improvements that boost efficiency and workforce experience across all regions.
