Hiring an Innovative Sales Rep to Connect Tech, Construction & Investors (Fully Remote)Key Responsibilities:Identify, prospect, and establish relationships with key decision-makers at large, construction and tech companies.Effectively communicate the value and capabilities of our AI solution, aligning features to customer needs.Deliver impactful and persuasive product demonstrations tailored to diverse audiences, including executives, technical teams, and investors.Facilitate and negotiate partnerships or integrations, with SaaS providers, ERP system developers, BI tool providers, and analytics companies, that enhance market reach and product value.Assist in creating compelling presentations and pitches for investor meetings and funding opportunities.Engage potential investors, clearly presenting our product vision, market opportunity, and growth potential.Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts effectively, aiming for mutually beneficial agreements.Regularly update management on sales forecasts, performance, market trends, and opportunities.Ideal Skills and Experience:• Proven track record in B2B sales• Experience working with consulting firms• Strong network with investors in the tech space• Engaging and persuasive in capturing attention, clearly communicating value, and influencing decision-makers.• Adaptable and flexible to effectively handle changing situations, clients, or market demands• Excellent communication and negotiation skills• Passion for innovative technology and its applications in construction
