What sets us apart from competitors is our robust support system — our dedicated office staff is available 24/7 to provide guidance, answer questions, and ensure you feel confident in your role.About the RoleOur caregivers provide meaningful care in two key areas:Personal Care Duties:Assisting with bathing, grooming, and hygieneHelping clients with mobility and transfersMeal preparationMedication remindersCompanionship Tasks:Engaging clients in conversation and activitiesProviding transportation to appointments, errands, or social outingsHelping with light housekeeping and laundryOffering emotional support and fostering positive connectionsWe understand that no two clients are the same, and our comprehensive care plans ensure you’ll always know exactly what to do to provide the best care possible.What We’re Looking ForMust be 18 years or olderHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMust have Dementia experience1+ year of professional caregiver experience preferredValid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportationAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as neededMust pass background checks and drug screeningStrong communication skills (both written and verbal)Technologically savvy (we use integrated apps to simplify tasks and improve communication)Most importantly, a caring heart and a desire to make a positive impactPerks of the JobCompetitive Pay: Earn $19-23 per hour, paid biweekly.Generous Benefits: Enjoy 5 paid sick days, holiday pay, mileage reimbursement, and bonus opportunities.Ongoing Training: Gain hands-on experience in our Center of Excellence, a realistic mock-home environment where you’ll master caregiving techniques.
