Hiring For Operator Assistant In Shelbyville, KYWe are seeking a reliable and experienced Production Operator with a strong tenure history to join our team. This role is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring processes, and ensuring product quality while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.Operate production machinery and equipment efficientlyMonitor production processes to ensure quality standards are metPerform basic troubleshooting and report equipment issuesLoad raw materials into machines and handle finished productsMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety procedures and company policiesAssist with general production and warehouse duties as neededPrevious experience in a production or manufacturing environmentStable work history with good tenureAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and quality focusAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable attendance and punctualityThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shelbyville, KY.The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
