RULES OF THE PROGRAM · Please make sure the person who you refer mentions your first and last name at the interview, so we know who gets credit for the referral! · The employee must be an active certified home health aide (CHHA) in New Jersey and in good standing with the board of nursing. · Employees must work 60 days- after the 60 days is completed you will be paid the bonus amount in your paycheck. How the program will pay out · Refer 1 employee= $200.00 per employee · Refer 2 employees= $250.0o per employee · Refer 3 employees= $300.00 per employee · Refer 4 employees= $350.00 per employee · Refer 5 employees= $400.00 per employee
