You will collaborate closely with engineers and production teams to deliver exceptional results that contribute to the company's success.What You'll Do As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for Setting up and operating CNC mill-turn equipment safely and efficiently. Interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T, and machining specifications with accuracy. Loading, measuring, and inspecting materials to meet strict dimensional tolerances. Diagnosing and troubleshooting machining issues in partnership with programmers and team members. Maintaining detailed production and inspection documentation. Supporting various shop functions, including manual lathe, EDM, and forging processes as needed. Training and mentoring fellow machinists to enhance team performance.What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have A high school diploma or GED. At least 5 years of CNC machining experience. Proficiency with measurement tools and conducting in-process inspections. Strong math, geometry, and blueprint reading skills.
