Caregiver PositionLooking for someone who wants to make a difference. Hiring seniors to work part time (approx 20 hours less per week).Job Summary: The Caregiver role is a crucial position for those who rely on others for basic daily care, such as bathing, eating, and personal hygiene. Our care providers are the heart of our business.About You: Reliable, strong communicator, team player, follows directions, problem solver, nurturer.Caregiver Compensation and Benefits:Competitive Pay: $20-22/hr or based on experienceFlexible Working HoursPaid Sick LeaveBi-Weekly pay period - Option for same day pay with TapCheckCaregiver Responsibilities:Assist clients with ambulation and mobilityAssist clients with personal care, hygiene, bathing, and toiletingShopping trips & light housekeeping duties, meal prepMedication RemindersAbility to act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergencyClear communication with clients, family members, and team membersCaregiver Requirements:Previous caregiver experience preferredCurrent CPR (American Heart Association) CertificationAdherence to health and safety standardsKnowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraintsMust be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside mannerOutstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skillsPhysical endurance to complete required tasksHigh school diploma or equivalentWe are an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
