Job description

Hiring Specialist

Are you passionate about connecting with people and aligning talent with opportunity? Do you thrive where you can make a real impact in people’s lives focused on not just speed, but quality for the candidate and the company? If so, we want YOU to be our next remote Hiring Specialist!

At myHR Partner, we’re not just about filling positions; we’re about building relationships and creating a five-star experience for our candidates and our clients. We believe making the right match through hiring is the key to business success, and we’re looking for someone who shares that vision.

What you’ll do

We’re a small, growing business offering HR outsourcing to small and midsize organizations. As a Hiring Specialist, you’ll partner with clients across industries and own the full-cycle recruiting process, helping them elevate their businesses through people.

Day-to-day you will:

Manage the Hiring Journey & Client Relationships:

Collaborate closely with clients and hiring managers to understand their unique needs, lead intake meetings, and guide them through the hiring process. You’ll serve as a trusted partner—providing recommendations, setting expectations, and ensuring a seamless experience from kickoff to offer.

Develop & Execute Innovative Sourcing Strategies:

Go beyond inbound applicants by building creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage talent. You’ll leverage a mix of networking, direct outreach, recruiting platforms, and AI-powered tools to find the right candidates for each role.

Build Talent Pipelines:

Proactively develop and maintain pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles so we’re always one step ahead of hiring needs.

Screening and Interviewing:

Use your keen eye for talent to conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and provide thoughtful, well-rounded recommendations to clients.

Leverage Technology & AI:

Utilize modern recruiting tools, systems, and AI to streamline workflows, improve sourcing effectiveness, and enhance the overall hiring experience.

Deliver a Five-Star Candidate Experience:

Communicate clearly and consistently with candidates, ensuring a positive, respectful, and engaging process.

Develop Best Practices:

Share your ideas and insights to continuously improve our hiring processes, tools, and resources. Your voice matters here.

What you need to thrive in this role

We thrive in a teamwork environment to identify issues, set goals, and drive results; as such, you’ll be a dynamic collaborator. Along with your passion for success and helping people, other keys to your success include:

Experience:2–4+ years in recruitment/talent acquisition, with experience managing hiring processes and sourcing talent

Relationship Management:Ability to build trust and credibility with clients and hiring managers

Sourcing Mindset:You’re proactive and know how to find talent beyond job postings

Tech & AI Curiosity:Interest in using modern tools and AI to enhance your recruiting approach

Communication Skills:Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and clients

Detail-Oriented:You have a sharp eye for detail and can juggle multiple tasks with ease

Team Player:You enjoy working both independently and as part of a dynamic team

Attitude:Compassion, drive, and open-mindedness with a positive approach

Modern & Progressive Approach:You stay current with trends and bring fresh ideas

Values Alignment:Embrace Learning & Growth; Deliver a Five-Star Experience; Do What You Say and Own What You Do; Foster Empathy & Respect; Think Beyond the Task
