$20k sign on bonus with 2 year commitment
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for Laboratory immunohistochemistry (IHC) and histochemistry (special stain), in-situ hybridization (ISH) and immunofluorescence testing platforms, including assigned instruments, slide preparation, quality control, and Lab Information Systems (LIS/IT) interfaces. Serves as a system wide resource with advanced technical knowledge and skills. Performs routine and complex analytical procedures in these areas; fulfills role as HTL III.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree with a combination of 30 semester hours in biology and chemistry (must include credit hours in both) which must be obtained within or in addition to the baccalaureate degree.
Knowledge of IHC, Special Staining, ISH and related skills.
5 years of Histology Laboratory experience, including IHC and special staining.
ASCP certification as an HTL.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Subject matter expertise in IHC and special staining testing platforms.
Leadership experience.
