Permanent, Full-Time Day Shift
KA Recruiting is seeking an experienced Histology Supervisor for a healthcare facility in the Miami area. This opportunity offers department leadership responsibilities and a daytime schedule.
Position Highlights
Schedule: 9:00 a.m. 5:30 p.m.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure accurate, timely testing.
Lead staff scheduling, hiring, performance evaluations, and competency assessments.
Manage quality assurance and process improvement.
Coordinate with other supervisors to support smooth shift transitions.
Requirements
Associate of Science degree in Histology required; bachelor s degree preferred.
Current Florida Clinical Laboratory Histology Supervisor license.
At least five years of histology and immunohistochemistry (IHC) experience, including IHC validations.
Strong knowledge of College of American Pathologists (CAP) requirements.
Proficiency with laboratory information systems and PC applications.
Excellent communication skills.
