Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a General Manager and Innkeeper to lead the revitalization of a historic bed-and-breakfast and event venue in a vibrant New England town. You will oversee lodging, events, guest services, and sales, while shaping the guest experience, developing marketing strategies, and managing daily operations with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Housing and a health stipend are included; a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management is preferred, with 5+ years of senior hospitality
