Job description
Southern Tier AIDS Program, Inc. is seeking a Ryan White Peer Navigator based in our Binghamton office.
This position provides confidential supportive services to persons living with HIV/AIDS. This includes accompaniment services, serving as treatment resource, serving as agency and/or client liaison with health and human service providers and providing referrals, assistance with information and appointment scheduling.
