Job description
CornerStone Medical is seeking a Pharmacist for a 13-week assignment in the Fort Worth area. Onsite, Mon-Fri, 8a–5p, $95/hr, seeing about 14 patients per day.
You will provide clinical leadership for pharmaceutical care, support HIV/Hepatitis pharmacotherapy, transition HIV patients to the HIV Clinic, and help optimize regimens via collaborative practice agreements. You may precept students and participate in education.
