Job description
Who we are : La Clnica de La Raza is a community-based health center committed to providing culturally appropriate, high-quality, and accessible health care to the diverse communities of the San Francisco Bay Area.
Role Responsibilities:
Answering community questions regarding HIV statistics and information - Provide basic information about HIV and the importance of getting tested
Providing resources for those seeking assistance via program databases provide HIV related services resources available in the community
Going to events to promote HIV prevention and testing attend outreach events and help promote HIV prevention and testing
Providing free HIV testing kits at events and instructions of proper use Refer people interested in testing to our testing counselors
Helping efforts with SF annual AIDS Walk (SF AIDS Foundation) Help with coordination of the SF AIDS Walk
Promoting La Clinica TRUCHA at community events across Bay Area promote La Clinica TRUCHA's HIV services at community events across the Bay Area.
