They are seeking a leader for their Austin office to guide and mentor a team of recent graduates, as well as manage client responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
Manage complex client engagements, ensuring high-quality, timely, and accurate delivery of services.
Developand implementcomprehensive tax planning strategies for high-net-worth clients, including multi-generational planning, and reviewing complex tax returns.
Train, mentor, and motivatejunior staff, fostering a cohesive, collaborative team environment
Qualifications
7+ years of experience, primarily focused on tax compliance and consulting for ultra high net-worth individuals
Experience in a managerial or senior managerial role
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to mentor and develop junior staff
Compensation
Salary: $175,000 - $250,000, Plus Bonus
