Key Responsibilities
Handle disputes involving condominium and homeowners" associations, including court representation Manage community association matters such as governing documents, compliance, and collections Advise on condo development, reserve fund issues, and applicable state/local regulations Conduct legal research and draft high-quality legal documents and correspondence Required Skills & Experience 3-5 years of legal experience in general practice, including corporate or community association law New Jersey condominium law experience required Judicial clerkship and strong legal writing skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple matters independently Preferred Skills & Experience Experience with HOA/condo dispute litigation and court appearances Familiarity with county-specific regulations and community association governance Compensation & Benefits Salary starting at $100,000+ with benefits including health, dental, and 401(k) with company match.
