This position is ideal for an experienced security professional who understands the expectations of a residential community environment and can provide a polished, professional, and customer-focused presence. The position is part-time, approximately 16 hours per week, with the potential for 24–32 hours per week based on community demands and coverage needs. This is a flex position, meaning the schedule may vary and may include different days and shifts, including regular daytime/evening coverage as well as overnight assignments. The ideal candidate is confident, composed, observant, and customer-service oriented, with the ability to provide a strong security presence while maintaining the professional standards expected within a high-end HOA community.
