Job description
Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a District Manager to oversee multiple locations across a geographic area as a seasonal team leader. The role includes vendor relations, employee relations, staffing, scheduling and learning and development to ensure smooth openings and peak performance.
You will recruit and train Local Managers, manage budgets and staffing hours, analyze sales, and partner with mall managers to deliver outstanding guest service while meeting sales goals during busy seasons.
