Job description
See’s Candies is seeking a Retail Shop Manager to lead our Santa Ana shop, driving sales and delivering exemplary customer service. You will oversee daily operations, coach a team, schedule shifts, and ensure adherence to See’s policies and safety standards.
You will recruit, train, and develop staff, manage cash handling, timekeeping, and payroll processes, and work to meet budget goals while upholding See’s commitment to quality and service.
