Job description
Majestic Care Connersville is seeking an Activity Director to design and oversee a holistic activity therapy program for a diverse resident population. You will assess residents, create individualized activity plans, and document outcomes to improve quality of life.
The role involves supervising Activity Assistants, coordinating calendars, and arranging guest speakers and community volunteers to engage residents. Experience in management and a state-certified Activity Director is required.
