Job description
FMOL Health in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide safe therapeutic care within licensure scope. The RN will integrate knowledge and family education into the care plan and collaborate with the care team to meet patient needs across the continuum.
Responsibilities include care management, education delivery, discharge planning, and ensuring documentation accuracy. Strong English communication and computer skills are required.
