Home And Community Based Therapist

Summer Fun Fridays at Northeast Family Services! We close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day — giving our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine!
Full Time - Starting at $75,000 to $90,000 per year, plus benefits! Language Differential provided for Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian and Hindi!
Full Time employees have the opportunity to earn a $3,000 Stay-on Bonus after successful completion of the probationary period! Or a $10,000 Stay on bonus ($5,000 given 6 months into the role and another $5,000 at 12 months) for bilingual English / Spanish speakers!
Northeast Family Services is seeking caring and experienced Home and Community based Therapists to join our growing New York team! Under the direction of the Program Director, HCBT Clinicians will provide services and care to our patients in accordance with NFS' policies. NFS Home and Community Based Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential. We provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client's home to treat a youth's behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote families' strengths!

Compensation:
Starting at $75,000- $90,000 plus per year
Opportunity to earn up to $3,000 Stay on bonus after first year!
Premiums paid for:
Non-English language capacity
Experience
Select clinical specialties
Qualifications:
Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required
Clinical Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) and Limited Permit in the state of NY
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred
Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.
Valid driver's license
Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus
Access to secure internet required.
