Job description
Advocate Health, Hospital at Home Program in Park Ridge, IL, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time 12-hour day shift. This role brings hospital-level care into patients’ homes, with a manageable caseload and a sign-on bonus of $5,000 for external hires.
You'll perform IV starts, phlebotomy, and medication administration, monitor patient conditions, escalate as needed, and collaborate with a virtual and in-person interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
