Job description
Brighter Steps ABA LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, and supervise ABA therapy programs for children with ASD in home-based settings. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress to ensure high-quality care.
You will also supervise BCaBAs and RBTs, collaborate with parents and interdisciplinary teams, and maintain detailed records including progress notes and billing documentation.
