Job description
Astor Services For Children & Families is seeking a Case Planner to deliver in-home counseling to families and to help them build skills enabling children to remain at home and avoid placement. You will manage a caseload of 12–14 families and implement change-focused interventions over 6 to 12 months, with at least two face-to-face contacts monthly.
The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree, experience with children and families, and willingness to travel across the Bronx and outer boroughs.
