Job description
The Nurse Practitioner - Home Base Primary Care position is in the VA White River Junction Healthcare System - located at the Littleton, NH location. This full-time role emphasizes geriatric primary care within an interdisciplinary team.
Relocation/Recruitment incentives may be authorized. Telework is not available, and pay is competitive with regular salary increases and federal benefits. Work hours are 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
