Job description
VITAS Healthcare is seeking an experienced home care registered nurse (RN) to deliver hospice services in patients’ homes across Titusville, FL. You will ensure comfort, dignity, and compassionate care while building meaningful connections with patients and their families.
The role emphasizes autonomous bedside decision-making, collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, and delivering end-of-life care in home settings. Expect 4–6 patient visits daily and weekly program office collaboration.
