Job description
Unique Community Services, part of the Catalyst Care Group, delivers compassionate, high-complex mental health care at home for people with behaviours that challenge and personality disorders. The Healthcare Support Worker leads person-centered care directly in clients\' homes, adapting to each care package and reflecting our community values.
You may work 4–8 hour or longer shifts, with flexible patterns based on client needs and packages.
