Job description
Homebase Medical is expanding its house-call practice in the Woodland Hills / San Fernando Valley, CA area and is seeking experienced part-time Advanced Practice Clinicians (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to join our team. Ideal candidates hold an active California NP or PA license, board certification, and DEA licensure.
