Job description
HarmonyCares is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for an on-site role in Martinsville, VA to deliver in-home primary care to high-acuity patients.
The position offers a competitive base salary, 401K with match, CME/licensing stipends, and comprehensive benefits. You will work Monday through Friday with a patient-centered, doctor-led model that values time with patients and tailors care to individual needs.
