Job description
Essentia Health in Detroit Lakes, MN seeks a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient home-based services to patients in Detroit Lakes and Fosston. You will evaluate, treat, and discharge patients following APTA guidelines and hospital policies, with a full caseload and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
The position requires a current state license and a PT degree, with driving to patients' homes.
