nSTAR Physical Therapy is seeking motivated and independent Physical Therapists to provide outpatient physical therapy services in the home setting within the Franklin TN area.
nThis is a 1099, per diem opportunity offering exceptional flexibility, autonomy, and competitive per-visit compensation. Therapists may treat as few or as many patients as they choose and can schedule visits any day of the week.
nThis role is designed to easily complement an existing outpatient or home health position , making it ideal for clinicians seeking additional income without the administrative burden of traditional home health.

nThis position is ideal for:
nnnHome Health Physical Therapists seeking supplemental income without OASIS documentation
n
nnOutpatient PTs looking to add flexible, higher-paying visits outside of clinic hours
n
nnClinicians who value autonomy and control over their schedule
n
nnPTs who prefer one-on-one care in a low-stress home environment
n
n nKey Responsibilities
nnnAccept and manage patients within your designated geographic area
n
nnEvaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care focused on restoring function and independence in the home
n
nnImplement customized treatment programs aligned with physician orders and patient goals
n
nnCommunicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and internal care team members
n
nnComplete timely, accurate documentation for all visits
n
nnParticipate in discharge planning and patient education
n
nnMaintain compliance with all clinical and documentation standards
n

nnnPhysical Therapist Program Graduate.
n
nnTN Physical Therapist License or eligible.
n
nnLiability insurance
n
nnHome health experience is preferred but not required - We will provide you with a mentor to help with documentation and compliance.

nnCertifications Required: CPR/First Aid
