Job description
Diversity Group is seeking a Home Based Primary Care RN to deliver evidence-based care to veterans in their homes and supervise licensed nursing staff as appropriate. You will be accountable for all nursing process elements during direct patient care and supervision.
The role requires an active RN license, graduation from an ACEN/CCNE-accredited program, and adherence to English proficiency standards for clinical practice. Strong leadership in interdisciplinary teams is valued.
