Job description
Optimal Care is seeking a physician to practice medicine with a focus on time, connection, and patient relationships. You will provide advanced primary and specialty care to geriatric patients, often in homes or care settings, with autonomy to deliver thoughtful, patient-centered care that improves comfort and quality of life.
You will lead and mentor NPs and PAs, coordinate with families and care teams, and travel daily across the main service area in Michigan to reach patients in homes,
