Job description
Bloom Healthcare is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a home-based care model serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You’ll provide relationship-based primary care to medically complex, homebound patients with strong support from an interdisciplinary team and data systems.
You’ll enjoy autonomy within a mission-driven culture, a manageable schedule (Mon–Fri, ~10 patients/day, light on-call), and comprehensive benefits. Texas licensure and commitment to patient-centered care are required.
