Job description
Univar Solutions is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead our local Chemical Distribution team from a home-based role in Charlotte or Greensboro, NC. You will mentor Sales Account Managers, drive profitable growth, and coordinate local sales strategies with a focus on pricing and customer relationships.
You will build territories, monitor activity and margins, and support hiring and training while leveraging CRM to manage customer profiles and communications.
