Job description
At Home Care is seeking an LPN/RN to promote and restore patients’ health by performing nursing processes, collaborating with physicians, and supervising team members. This role reports to the Director of Nursing and supports in-home care services.
Requirements include a high school diploma, a practical nursing certificate and/or an associate degree, an unrestricted Missouri license, CPR certification, and at least 2 years of direct patient care in a skilled nursing facility or in-home care
