Branch Manager
Addus HomeCare | Rock Hill, SC
Location: 1924 India Hook Road Rock Hill, SC 29732
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Salary: $45,000-$50,000 annually + Bonus Opportunity

What You'll Do
As Branch Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the success of our Columbia branch by:
Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
Recruiting, onboarding, training, and retaining exceptional staff
Growing client census and expanding community partnerships
Building relationships with referral sources, community organizations, and healthcare partners
Ensuring excellent client service and operational excellence
Monitoring branch performance and achieving growth goals
Managing branch budgets and supporting profitability
Facilitating team meetings and fostering a positive, engaged culture
Overseeing payroll, billing, and administrative functions as needed
Ensuring compliance with company, state, federal, Medicare, Medicaid, and privacy requirements
Resolving client concerns and creating positive experiences for those we serve

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
3+ years of healthcare experience required
1+ year of leadership experience required
Proven success driving growth, census development, or business development efforts
Experience managing budgets and P&L responsibilities
Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
