What You'll Do As a valued member of our caregiving team, you'll provide:Personal Care Assistance – bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, hygieneCompanionship & Homemaker Services – light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, errands, and conversationSpecialized Care – Alzheimer's/dementia support, hospice and comfort care, medication reminders, and safety monitoringCompassionate Presence – ensuring each client feels respected, valued, and cared forAll About Caring Home Care – State-Licensed Home Care Agency Serving Clients Across the 7-County Minneapolis–St. Paul Metro Area (Hennepin, Ramsey, Anoka, Washington, Dakota, Scott & Carver Counties)RequirementsMinimum 1 year of caregiving experience (home care, hospice, or facility setting)Reliable transportation & valid driver's licenseCurrent TB test and clear background checkPreferredExperience with Alzheimer's, dementia, or end-of-life careCNA, HHA, or PCA certification (not required but a plus)Pay & Schedule Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 / hour (based on experience, certification, and shift) Schedule Options:Full-time or part-timeDay, evening, overnight, and weekend shiftsFlexible schedulingLocal clients close to home
