Job description
Action Health Staffing is seeking a compassionate Home Care CNA to provide direct personal care to clients in their homes across North Carolina. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and basic exercises; monitoring and reporting changes in condition; performing light housekeeping and meal preparation; and supporting medication reminders per care plan. CNAs will collaborate with nurses, follow care protocols, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold infection control and safety standards while delivering respectful, client-centered care with professionalism and reliability.
