With a mission to affirm life at every step of the journey with illness and loss, TRU provides a continuum of care through TRU Hospice, TRU PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly), TRU Palliative Care, TRU Grief Services, and Landmark Memory Care.Title: PACE Homecare CNA Pay: $23.29 to $25.40 per hour Bonus: $3,000 Location: In the community, seeing patients in their homes. Either in Boulder or Longmont areas. Schedule Options — Multiple Shifts Available: Choose from several full-time schedule options based on location.Boulder/South AreaSunday–Thursday | 11am–7:30pmTuesday–Saturday | 11am–7:30pmLongmont/East AreaMonday – Friday | 6:30am –3pmTuesday–Saturday | 8am–4:30pmJob SummaryWe are looking for a friendly and skilled CNA to join our team on a full-time schedule. Our ideal candidate enjoys working with the elderly and is flexible to providing care for patients throughout Boulder, Weld and Jefferson Counties. The CNA assists participants and/or supervises with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, hair care, mouth care, eating, and toileting) as assigned in a variety of settings including the Day Center, homes, nursing facilities, and assisted livings.Education and QualificationsMust possess a current Colorado CNA license1+ years of experience working as a CNAExperience working with the frail or elderly populationExperience working with individuals with mental health needsMust successfully pass agency required background checks and drug screeningTRU's Benefits (Eligibility Varies by Position/Status):Paid Vacation time401(k) with matchHealth, dental, vision & life insuranceFSA & HSA availablePaid orientationPaid trainingPSLF Eligible EmployerReferral & signing bonuses (if applicable)TRU Community Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer
