These could include (but are not limited to):Personal HygieneAmbulation/TransfersDressing/ShavingPrepares meals and snacks according to instructionsAccompany patient on errands or medical appointmentsPerforms light housekeeping activitiesCNA and Caregiver's perform patient-specific activities that are taught by a Right at Home Nurse. These could include (but are not limited to):Providing hospice supportive careMedication remindersAssisting with the prescribed range of motion exercisesAssisting with blood glucose monitoringCare of bed-bound patientsIncontinence careUse lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer liftsPreferred CNA Caregiver Experience:Hoyer liftPersonal careRange of Motion ExercisesFoley careCompanionshipLight cleaningCompensation: $17.00 per hourRight at Home's mission is simple...to improve the quality of life for those we serve.
