Home Care Companion

Carolina Meadows is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Care Companions to provide personalized, non-medical support and daily living assistance directly to residents in their independent homes on campus. Key responsibilities include:
Providing companion care and personal care assistance in resident homes.
Following tasks outlined in individual resident care plans.
Assisting older adults with daily routines while preserving their independence and dignity.
Communicating any client changes or health concerns promptly to management.
Qualifications and requirements include:
Proven companion care experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Compassion, reliability, and strong interpersonal communication skills for working with seniors.
