Job description
NYU Langone Hospital—Long Island is seeking a Field Nurse, Home Care - Per Diem to provide patient-centered nursing care in the Garden City/Nassau Territory. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with a focus on safety, wellness, and family involvement.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing, NYS RN license, BLS, and strong communication. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote outcomes and uphold ethical standards in a fast-paced home-care setting.
