Job description
We are seeking a dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled in-home care for an adult patient in Keene, NH. This position offers a mix of overnight and daytime hours, a supportive home environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through personalized patient care.
Available Schedule Full Time Overnight Shifts Available
Saturday & Sunday Day Shifts8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Very flexible weekend scheduling
Patient Needs Tracheostomy (Trach) Care
G-Tube Care
Medication Administration
Skilled Nursing Assessments
Par Rate: $35 - $37 / per hour
