Job description
Trinity Health at Home’s St. Mary’s Home Care & Hospice seeks a Full Time LPN for Homecare revisits in Athens, GA. A $5,000 signing bonus is offered with flexible scheduling and Day 1 benefits.
The LPN will provide one-to-one, compassionate care, follow physician orders, and ensure high-quality home-based services. Minimum qualifications include GA LPN licensure, graduation from an approved LPN program, at least one year in acute care (home care preferred), and experience in phlebotomy and wound
