PRN Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care
nGraceful Touch Home Care LLC | South Carolina Job Type: PRN / As Needed | Flexible Schedule
nGraceful Touch Home Care LLC is seeking a dependable and professional PRN Registered Nurse to conduct in-home assessments and follow-up visits for our clients.
nResponsibilities
nConduct in-home health assessments and evaluate client needs.
nMonitor vital signs and changes in health status.
nDevelop and update individualized care plans.
nComplete required documentation accurately and promptly.
nCommunicate concerns or changes to the agency.
nProvide follow-up and supervisory visits as assigned.
nPosition Details
nPRN/as-needed schedule
nHome visits required
nVisits typically take approximately 30 minutes
nMinimal paperwork/documentation
nIndependent travel within assigned service areas required
nQualifications
nCurrent South Carolina RN license
nCPR/BLS certification
nValid driver's license and reliable transportation
nStrong assessment, communication, and time-management skills
nHome care experience preferred
