Client is a 19-year old male withTBI. He iswheelchair bound, limited speech, hemiplegic, neurological and/or behavioral health experience a must.
Available Shifts in Park City:
Monday - Thursday 2:30pm - 7pm
Friday, Saturday and Sunday 1pm - 7pm
Saturday, Sunday & Monday 7pm - 7am
We are looking for an RN who is interested in the following:
Medication set up and oversight
Provide thoughtful care to clientsbased on personalized Plan of Care
Provide in home assessments
Monitor and track changes in the clientsconditions and needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed
Collaborate with client's family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns
Total personal cares

RN Requirements
Must have at least 1 year nursing experience with neurological and/or behavioral health
Must have at least 1 year nursing experience in home
Current unrestricted RN license in Utah
Certified CPRCertification
Negative TB skin test or chest x-rayMust be able to pass a drug test and a background check
Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull.
Must be able to lift 75 pounds
