We are looking for a Registered Nurse interested in providing home care and case management. We strive to provide best-in-class benefits packages, including: * Bonus for Hours Worked * Insurance Benefits for part time and full time * Weekly pay w/ direct deposit * We promote from within * Home Care PulseLeader in Excellence * Joint Commission Accredited RN Responsibilities: * Provide thoughtful care to clientsbased on personalized Plan of Care * Provide in home assessments * Monitor and track changes in the clientsconditions and needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed * Proactively updates client'sfamily on plan of care, health changes, and concerns RN Requirements * Must have at least 1 year experience * Current unrestricted RN license in Utah * Certified CPRCertification * Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray * Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check * Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance * Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull.
