Right At Home Care PositionRight at Home provides In-Home Care & Assistance and is looking for Skilled Care Professionals to join our dynamic home care agency. We have part-time positions available. You can make a difference in your career by helping people stay in the comfort of their homes.Benefits include:401(k)Company partiesCompetitive salaryHealth insurancePaid time offTraining & developmentHere's why caregivers like working for us:Flexible schedulingHealth Insurance, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance PlansCaregiver Recognition & Rewards ProgramNamed Employer of Choice by Home Care PulseGreat employee referral programPaid Training & Continuing Education OpportunitiesResponsibilities and duties include:Prepares meals and snacks according to instructionsAccompany patient on errands or medical appointments.Assists client with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressingProvide companionship and emotional support to clientsPerforms housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry, and cleaning bathroomHelp clients with mobility and transportation to appointments or activitiesDocument and report any changes in the client's condition to the care teamQualifications and skills include:High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate preferred.At least one (1) year of experience as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) is required.Experience working with clients with dementia and Alzheimer's disease preferred.Experience assisting with client transfers using a Hoyer lift and/or gait belt preferred.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as required for the position.Compensation: $17.50 - $20.00 per hourRight at Home's mission is simple...to improve the quality of life for those we serve.
